CEO
The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the ZACCI Secretariat and for providing strategic direction to the organization related to the mandate and key objectives of the organization.

Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the professional administrative management of the ZACCI Secretariat and provides support to the CEO in relation to administrative and organizational matters.

Membership Officer
The Membership Officer manages the relationship between ZACCI and its diverse membership. The Membership Officer is in close contact with existing as well as potential members and is also responsible for the publication ‘ZACCI Journal’ and for the organization of networking functions.

Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer is responsible for improving the existing services offered by ZACCI to its clients as well as for developing new ‘value added services’ based on a demand driven approach.

Policy Officer
The main responsibility of the Policy Officer lies within the area of trade policy analysis for the private sector in Zambia. The main task includes the analysis of regional and international trade agreements, national laws and policies and their implications for the private sector. The Policy Officer is also responsible for the production of the regular e-newsletters.

Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for the proper financial management of the ZACCI budget, accounts and balance sheet. The Accountant also provides valuable expertise in the area of finance and accounting to ZACCI.

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant is supporting the Administrative Assistant in matters related to the administrative management of the ZACCI Secretariat.
